Program Terms and Conditions
Overview: By participating in the Farm to Pet Our Pack Affiliate Program, you agree to these Program Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before applying to become an Affiliate.
Affiliate Program: The Farm to Pet Our Pack Affiliate Program allows Affiliates to earn commission on sales made through their unique referral code. Affiliates will receive a commission of $5.00 on all eligible purchases made by NEW Farm to Pet customers who used their referral code and/or link and completed a purchase on the Farm to Pet website.
Eligibility: To be eligible for the Farm to Pet Our Pack Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid Shopify Collabs account to receive payments. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.
Promotion Guidelines: Affiliates are free to promote Farm to Pet through any legal means they choose, including but not limited to all social media platforms, blogs, email marketing, and word of mouth.
However, Affiliates must comply with the following guidelines:

Affiliates may not make false or misleading claims about Farm to Pet products or services.

Affiliates may not use Farm to Pet trademarks or logos in a way that implies endorsement or partnership without prior written permission.

Affiliates may not engage in spam or other unethical marketing practices.
Failure to comply with the above Promotion Guidelines will result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program.
Commission Payments: Commission payments will be made via Shopify Collabs. Commission payments will only be made on eligible purchases that have been paid in full and not returned or canceled. In order to receive payment, at least $25.00 in commission made by customers using your referral code and/or link. Shopify Collabs reserves the rights to change the commision payment policies at any time independently of the Farm to Pet Our Pack Affiliate Program.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the program at any time, for any reason. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of the promotion guidelines or engaging in unethical or illegal practices.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these Program Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. It is the responsibility of the Affiliate to regularly review the Terms and Conditions for any updates or changes.

When you apply to become an Affiliate, we will collect personal information such as your name, address, email address, and Shopify Collabs account information. We may also collect information about your social media accounts. This information is used solely for the purpose of administering the Farm to Pet Our Pack Affiliate Program and processing commission payments.

We may use cookies to track affiliate referrals and commissions. Cookies are small data files that are placed on your device when you visit our website. These cookies allow us to track when a customer makes a purchase through your referral code and attribute the commission to you.
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services such as Shopify and Shopify Collabs and affiliate tracking software to administer the affiliate program. These services may collect personal information from you as necessary to provide their services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.
Data Retention
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to administer the Farm to Pet Our Pack Affiliate Program and process commission payments. After this time, your personal information will be deleted or anonymized.
Security
We take appropriate measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to us over the internet.
Your Rights
You have the right to access and correct your personal information held by us. You may also request that we delete your personal information. Please contact us at ourpack@farmtopet.com to exercise these rights.
